I am thrilled to announce that Flexan and the broader ILC Dover organization are embarking on a new journey as we join forces with an incredible partner. On behalf of our Board of Directors and the Executive Leadership Team at ILC Dover and Flexan, I am excited to share that Ingersoll Rand, a global provider of mission-critical flow creation and industrial solutions, has entered into an agreement to acquire ILC Dover. The acquisition is subject to customary regulatory approvals and is expected to close in Q2 2024.
Our medical device custom manufacturing business is an essential component of our life sciences business and has rapidly grown over the past several years. By joining Ingersoll Rand, we promise to continue to provide excellent service and elevate our position to offer broader capabilities beyond our current custom contract manufacturing solutions, and best-in-class quality and manufacturing. Currently, we do not anticipate any impact to our customers. Your key contacts and relationships, product manufacturing, and business operations will remain unchanged.
